I'm really digging ZYP, and this is coming from someone that listens via iheartradio from Kansas (and has also traveled through the area before). Granted, I'm not a big Cumulus fan, but it seems this station is well programed. A live and Local morning show rather than Bert, a nice current/recurrent/gold mix, the "Retro Lunch" (which still baffles me they still have it since "Journey" has the same music), and Open House Party on the weekends.

If you've heard one Cumulus CHR... :D

I'm glad you enjoy it but it sounds like, with the exception of a live morning show, they aren't doing anything that any other CHR isn't doing or hasn't done. It's a clone. Besides, if you think it's being programmed locally I'm afraid you're being fooled my friend.

Cumulus is a corporation I wouldn't mind seeing going away so real radio people can take these stations over.

I have to agree with ksradiogeek. I'm in Nashville/Columbia, TN - home of the AC/Hot AC void! We have sappy Mix and 2 pop stations, one of which is Cumulus. I can't stand either Nashville Top 40 station, but listen to WZYP from Franklin to Columbia every day. They sound nothing like any of the cumulus "i" stations or other Cumulus Top40/AC stations I've heard. Another Cumulus station I like is KKPK 92.9 in Colorado Springs. I love ZYP and wish WNFN 106.7 Nashville would play the same music!
