WZZU 93.9 early 90s voice over promo guy???

I really used to like this station in college who was the national voice over/promo guy that use to do those quirkly voice between the music and station ids. they used him in philadelphia on q102 im not talking about the djs either..
 
Just by wild chance - Do you happen to know who was the voice over/promo guy for G105 around 1995 or so? I believe it was most of the 90s. I could be dead wrong but the voice was heard on many alternative stations as well.
