I used to listen to XEEP-AM 1060 out of Mexico City when I lived in south Texas. It would come in best between midnight and four in the morning. Since moving to DFW, I haven't been able to get it much, it's been blocked by a christian station from New Orleans. I'm guessing that station is off the air, because "Radio Educaccion" has been coming in for the past few nights. It's kinda weak, because they don't run much, if any compression. Sometimes it gets splattered by XEG-AM 1050 Monterrey. In past years I've heard all kinds of things on XEEP. Once night it was a side of Pentangle, another time it was Coltrane. One night they played the Mexican national anthem over and over again.
