XEKAM simulcast on 103.5

It has been reported to me that XEKAM 950 has-- or is about to have-- a simulcast on 103.5 with 50,000 watts. I find that hard to believe since KSCF in San Diego is on 103.7. Can anyone confirm the 103.5 signal?

That message has been circulating since Thursday, and except for 103.7's sidebands,(HD is OFF, but has sub-carriers), the only other signal is KOST.Wait and see.

That would also seem to conflict with MVS's 103.3 operations in both Mexicali and Ensenada, unless it is very low power.
