Primer Sistema de Noticias might be an option to buy XESPN 800 AM and XEBG 1550 AM from Grupo Cadena here's my suggestions for example:

XESPN 800 AM might of become a Spanish News/Talk as a La Doble XX with programs from Primer Sistema de Noticias

XEBG 1550 AM might of become a Spanish News/Talk as Radio Habaldo with programs from Primer Sistema de Noticias
