XESURF did not do the Mexican national hour (sunday evening)

Hi,
XESURF did not do the Mexican national hour (sunday evening)
They usually do it at 08:00 PM on sunday evenings but they did not do it last night. Is there a reason?
A mistake?

Hi,
What are you talking about?
Are you seroius?

What will really happen?

Hi
Hi
Hi
Hi

OF COURSE he's serious!~!!@!! Why in the world do you think he wouldn't be??

Don't you know that the FCC's Mexican equivalent is much stricter??!!

Bryan, you have asked some questions on the board that indicate that you have a very limited working knowledge of how radio works. While that is not a requirement around these parts, you should read a bit more of the posts around here before going full throttle on this stuff.

Not trying to beat You up or anything, but some of your questions are a bit simple minded in their nature.

Garrett, I believe you were around on the old boards, right? Well, "Wellander" made many many posts on many of the boards in the past and his type of questions/posts then were very typical of what he is posting again. His many posts were such an irritant to so many that KM Richards or one of the other mods had the owners ban him. EVERY single one of his posts start with his signature "Hi". In the last week or so, he's been on almost every radio-related board that I visit on Radio-Info.com (haven't seen him on the off the air board yet).
I visit around 8-10 daily and once in a while I'll pop in on a board like Chicago's (because of the impending demise of Real Oldies 1690 WRLL) and I find him there also. Now these boards are free to all who observe the rules and the mods here and on the LA board may or may not be as strict as those who were on the previous regimes, so it remains to be seen how much 'tolerance' the regular posters will exhibit regarding Wellander. I can only guess he's 'impaired' in some way, but I think it's safe to say he's not the typical poster here. Just my $.02

Hi,
I am not impaired.
Why do you think that?

That's great Wellander.... So I guess we don't have to worry about being PC.

Do you not recognize sarcasm?

BTW do you remember WHY you were banned from the previous regime's boards, or do you choose to be in denial???
If you can not see why your posts are for the most part non-sensical, inane, and insipid then one must assume you are indeed impaired in some way, though I assume you are not retarded (by most definitions of the word).

I hope that answers your question.

"KM Richards" :'(

How wonderful to be rid their his or her immoderate moderation. Wellander, go ahead and ask your questions: no one forces us to answer them.

Bob, I totally agree with your sentiments.... Talk about a heavy-handed approach to moderation.... It WAS ridiculous. Wellander's posts are what I said, but if you hang here and elsewhere a while, you'll be able to make your own judgment.
But of course no one has to answer any of his posts .... The kid is only 21 y.o.

Much as I would hate to dance on ther grave of anyone.

GOOD RIDDANCE.

[EDIT=name calling, inflamtory].

Hi,

They make you spend the night with KM Richards :)

Actually I doubt there would be any reprecussions for missing it one time and I doubt the SCT (the Mexican FCC) would even know it was missed: it's not like even Mexicans are going to complain that La Hora Nacional was not on a particular station. One Mexican called it "The Turn Off Your Radio Hour."

Many Mexican stations that broadcast in English (the Z90 and 91X types) often deliberately distorted the audio for La Hora Nacional to make it sound as little like the normal audio as possible. That way regular listeners of the station who tuned in during that hour would assume the station had gone off the air for some reason and they were picking up a distant Spanish language station on the same frequency.

Hi,
Thank you very much for answering my question.
On AM 540 XESURF it sounds like the station would normally would. (good audio quality)
Again Thank you very much for answering my question.

I don't get it...?
Perhaps you'll have to explain to me what was funny.

It's a humor thing - you know, like, "So this dyslexic walks into a bra...."

For some that's funny, others don't get it and still others get it and think it unfunny and ask to have it explained to them. I'm that way about "Everyone Loves Raymond."
