Joke?
I don't get it...?
Perhaps you'll have to explain to me what was funny.

It's a humor thing - you know, like, "So this dyslexic walks into a bra...."

For some that's funny, others don't get it and still others get it and think it unfunny and ask to have it explained to them. I'm that way about "Everyone Loves Raymond."

Wow, Bob, you're on the same page as me regarding "Raymond".... Also I never understood the popularity of Tim Allen's TV show....

Maybe Garrett was not around to "experience" KM Richard's constant critiques and over-the-top admonishments. I don't know where KM went, but I don't miss seeing his "moderator mode" posts. OTOH when he posted as "one of us" his posts were for the most part informative. Notice his buddy Mr Eduardo is still around but is nowhere near as prolific as in the past.

Getting back on topic, the whole Mexican National Hour program is/was a complete joke. The earlier post about distorting the audio to make the non-informed think the regular station was off the air --- well that post was a Hoot!! In a way it makes sense --- When I heard the MNH on 91X for example, it sounded like someone held a mic up to the speaker of a kitchen radio playing the show on a weak AM station from Hermosillo!! ;D

Actually at Z90 at one time they did just that: they had a cheapo radio blaring some other Mexican station's broadcast of the National Hour and they put a mike in front of that to get the Z90 feed. It sounded really bad.
