XHHIT 95.3 Tecate

Hi, just wondering is 95.3 transmitter located in Tecate or Tijuana? Also, how is there coverage around San Diego County?
 
From my understanding, XHHIT was a low powered Tecate station. Then a new transmitter was built 20 or 30 miles east of Tecate. With extra power, XHHIT can be heard in Tecate, Tijuana, and south SD county.

PS. XHHIT seems to be the LOUDEST FM station in the San Diego area.
 
Not to mention XHLNC moving to Cerro Bolla @ 104.9 according to there website.
