If you didn't catch the Ken Hoffman story in todays Houston Chronicle, XM satellite radio will be doing a show this Friday
3-8 P.M. featuring snippets of 610 KILT-AM from September 29, 1966.

Suppose to be some real neat snippets of audio from airchecks of that day, the music will be digital versions, should be worth a listen.

Don't have XM? Go to listen.xmradio.com & listen online.

Thought some of you might be interested in checking it out.

I'm listening to it as I speak....how cool! Yeh they are doing digital versions of the songs...I hate when they do that. But I got my tape player rolling!

It sounded pretty cool!

I caught 1 ad for TVLAND with Joe Corrola.
and the music..Beatles, Vanilla Fudge, Animals. I thought there would be more "pop" music.

I'm not sure how true a recreation of the KILT playlist it was, but I enjoyed listening to it.
