At work we have XM Radio and while I was flipping the channels I noticed it didn't update yet. So none of the new channels like Flight 26 or The Heat are on it. How can it get updated, because I thought it would update itself?

You can also refresh your radio unit online by logging into the Customer Care website at https://ecare.xmradio.com/ecare. Once in, select the menu options "Troubleshoot My XM Radio" and then "Refresh a Radio's Signal". Have your receiver handy and just enter the radio ID found on the back of the unit when asked. Usually works within 5-10 minutes.
