XM in my car

I've been enjoying XM in my car from my two semi-portable radios (Samsung Nexus 50 & a Pioneer Inno) in my car for a couple of years now. I recently got a used vehicle, but it's radio can't receive the FM transmitter's signal Is there an outboard (rather than the modulators internal to the XM radios) that I should be using. What to do??? Any help would be appreciated.

After Sept , 2006, the FCC made sat radio comply with low power transmitters, and that is why your radio can't get it. I guess some folks were sitting at a light and some guy with sirius pulled up next to him and Howard Stern came blarring through the radio. The site mentioned will help you.
