XM Love

Why take this format off for so long? Christmas was over a week ago and yet the nauseating tunes continued into this week. Even the Cheap Channel stations went back to their mainstream formats. Now tonight, they are using some sort of New Year's Eve programming on this channel. What gives?

Also, about a month ago, early on a weekend morning I heard really OLD music on KISS. Was this some sort of a special "show" or a mistake? My display never showed the title / artist and most of the songs were from the 1970s.

I was listening to Sirius/XM Love today and the format sounded like a dance/pop station, not the old soft AC/"love" format: Kelis' "Milkshake," Fergie's "Fergilicious," Neon Trees' "Animal," E.U.'s "Da Butt," Technotronic's "Get Up." What's going on?

Just a short stint as SiriusXM's "New Years Party" station. It'll be back to Love tomorrow (1/1/11).

I was a little surprised that the Christmas songs were still on as of the other day. Now they are running "New Year's Nation" a party type format. Love actually returns at 3am eastern 1/2/11.
