Hello! How is the Quality sound on Directv For XM channels? Is it compressed
Or CD quality?

It's better than from an XM radio. I'm not sure what codec they're using but it's obviously not CD quality due to the compression, however it sounds virtually artifact free to me.<P ID="signature">______________

Probably no CD quality but it does sound better than FM or the online audio streams through AOL.

The music selection on the channels I listen to is much better than Music Choice.

It's most likely still mp2, an older codec than mp3. It is generally
used at higher bit rates, and sounds fine.

I don't think it's quite CD quality, but it sounds very nice!
