I'm pretty sure DirecTV doesn't carry any of the talk/news/sports channels, aside from those produced in-house at XM. Since WLW is not produced by XM, that'd explain that. (DirecTV does carry, for example, XM's own "High Voltage".)

No idea about "Chill", though. Maybe they'll add that later.

I have DIRECTV also, and I was wondering why we aren't receiving those new channels, too. When the rumors started surfacing about new channels being added to xm, DIRECTV posted a new channel lineup (for their xm channels) on their website. From what I've read online on xmfan.com and xm411.com, DIRECTV posted the info about the xm channels before they were supposed to, and later removed the new lineup off their website. The revised lineup did exist, because several people copied and pasted it directly off the DIRECTV website and posted it elsewhere before DIRECTV changed it back. I'm not really sure what's happened since then, if the new channels aren't going to be added to DIRECTV, or if DIRECTV just hasn't added them yet.

The revised lineup also had what appears to be, at least, name changes for some of the channels, whether this change was just for DIRECTV customers, for xm radio, or both, I'm not sure, but channel 825 was listed as "The Heat" instead of "The Eye", and channel 826 was listed as "The Message" instead of "The Fish".

It'll be interesting to hear XM's Chill. Sirius's Chill is ok, but tends to be repetitious. For those who haven't listened to chill before, it sounds like a cross between new age, smooth jazz, downtempo dance music (not all that familiar on the dance formats), and something else. As for DirecTV not adding that to the channel lineup, I wouldn't know since I haven't had them for 4 years now, mainly because of financial reasons. But I do remember that before they added XM to the music channel lineup, I don't remember them having any dance music with Digital Music Choice.
