xm

if I get an xm radio from walmart for like 49.99.how much does it cost to get it up and running. I know the 12.95 month do you have to pay the 12.95 up front on the first month.or is the first month billed after the first month . so if I get the radio what will i have to pay to get it on for the first time

there is an activation fee when you call in. if you sign up online, it is cheaper. for billing, they usually require a credit card on the spot, or you can request to be mailed a bill (costs extra). if monthly isn't your thing, you can bill quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or multi-annually.

or you can go out and get a "prepaid xm card" at your local retailer, and redeem it during activation (phone or online).
