Xmas radio station in utah

I was on a flight from Toronto to San Francisco a few weeks ago and was listening to was scanning the FM dial in the air....I picked up this one station from Utah which was playing xmas music...quite different.

does anyone know the call letters, freq and the city it was coming from?
 
KOAY 97.5, The Oasis. Licensed to Coalville UT, but is a Salt Lake City rimshot station.

They were stunting with Christmas for about 2 weeks before launching with a CCM format. The stunt is over.
 
I didn't think you were allowed to listen to the radio while flying on a plane...
 
listening to a radio on a plane is not allowed, but I had to turn it on as there are certain parts of the country that have good stations....I like radio from the midwest and CO.

Maybe not but for as long as I can remember since my last trip to Disney World, I have ALWAYS listened to the radio on the plane! Sure makes the trip go faster! When a flight attendant asks, I say I'm listening to a tape! I'll be doing it when I visit Hawaii next year too!
