Y100 versus B1039

One thing is for sure... Y-100 has to be absolutely the most generic radio station I have heard in a long time. Decent music, but absolutely NO local content. Other than the spots.

I guess that should not come as any big surprise after all we are talking about Clear Channel here. Most of their CHR stations are totally generic. Bottom line is I don't think they really know just what to do with that frequency. So they keep throwing things at the wall hoping that something will eventually stick.

They know exactly what they are doing - Protecting WSRZ.

... and WSRZ in and of itself is - at least outside of morning drive, and I believe, afternoons, too - a glorified iHeartRadio channel repeater.
