No. HD (which is not really-it's barely CD quality) radio is still an x-factor at this point. Besides the fact that this technology is done in the wrong way (there should be a seperate digital band) I only know of 2 people who have heard this technology, and one who owns it (hint: he's on this website). I don't think people will buy it to install in an older vehicle, and I don't ever recall seeing it flogged as an option for new vehicles.
If you really believe in this format, put up the cash for some brokered analog AM/FM signals. I really don't think anyone cares all that much, really.
