Y101 Cape Cod?

Well it judges where you are on Cape Cod:

If i'm in Bourne, Sagamore, or Sandwich: I'll be able to get Kiss 108, Fun, AMP, Hot 96.9. (i'd be able to get Kiss 108 in Sagamore and Sandwich more then I would in Bourne)

103.9 WKPE's transmitter is in South Yarmouth, so getting WBMX in the Barnstable and Yarmouth area is very hard, so WCOD is really the only local Hot AC station.

But if im in Martha's Vineyard: I'll only get Fun, maybe Hot, mix, or Amp, because of WCAI's translator on 107.9 W300BE.

If im in Chatham or Ptown: I'll get Kiss, AMP, mix, or Hot 96.9

Yeah they should bring back Johnny Boobaka :)

Oh I forgot to add this: In some parts of Barnstable Hot 96.9's reception can be very weak, probably because of the radio transmitters in the area.

That is a good point too about the demos but were talking about the John Garabedian here, who brought us V66 and O.H.P. It will be unlikely that anyone would pass this station.

Finally! The Cape was in need of a chr station. Who will the djs be or will it just be music?

WHYA's wikipedia page was made public briefly until it got taken down due to media copyright holders, but it did say their were going to be DJ's and not an automation.

Yeah, but the joy with a wiki is that you can go to the article’s History page and look up an old version, in this case, here! ;D

Hey thanks for the link, I've been trying to look for WHYA's Wikipedia page, when I was looking for it I found Y101's logo, I thought that the page was removed. :)

It looks like 101.1 has completely ended simulcasting WFRQ, and is now counting down when the format change will come... 2days 16hours 42mins 18secs and counting.

I wonder if Jessica is going to host Y101's debut at 11am, since she's on Y101 weekdays from 10AM to 3PM. Oh and by the way the countdown clock sounds similiar to when WILD became WKAF in 2006.

When I used to go to Amherst, Ma, on my way there, I used to listen to his show on both 96.3 and 92 Pro FM, I got both stations around from Framingham, Southborough, and parts of Marlborough I picked both 96.3, and 92 PRO FM) 92 PRO FM reached until I passed Worcester (going west)
I picked up most Cap Cod Radio Stations from Framingham-Marlborough
I wish "Open House Party" was on in Boston

Just turned it on in time for the TOH @ 2pm. Yes, that's John's voice in the legal ID. I also notice they're using the WKTU jingle package from ReelWorld. Good choice!!

Jackson Blue isn't even in Boston. He voicetracks. I believe be is based in Baltimore. He started in radio at The Rose on Cape Cod, I believe.
