Y101 Gets new Tower

So according to VARTV.com it is happening on July 17th. Y101 moves from 101.1 to 100.9, the press release says no changes....but with ratings like they have could they change and go CHR/RHY or something else ?
 
The press release from Cox (you can find it at vartv.com) says they are continuing with the current format and programming schedule.
 
I also expect with there new tower the ratings will improve. They are a little better than The X. Elliot is why The X is winning though.
