Y92.5 Not All Christmas

From the way they are promoting it, it sounds like their all-Christmas will only be for this weekend. I enjoy Christmas music and would be irritated if I had to listen to distant KOIT for the music.

Enginerd, do you know if this is something that is as I interpreted or what?

I wish I had the goods, but I no longer work at Ethan Way.

I would be VERY suprised if KGBY doesn't stay Christmas music. That's pretty much a Clear Channel standard for all AC stations to go all Christmas.<P ID="signature">______________

I didn't know you changed jobs. Good luck in whatever you are doing now. Still in the area?

It looks like my thoughts were correct. Back to AC for the new Y. Kinda bummed though. I enjoy Christmas music. Wonder if Infinity will flip Mix? Maybe Entravision would flip Boss? Thoughts??

Could we have a Jack Christmas? Who knows with that station?!?!?!

I'm still in the area, working for another radio company. I heard the same this morning with Y and I'm down right shocked. I have no idea what or why they are doing that. The one thing I did/do know is that both Mix and Y92.5 could not BOTH continue to do Christmas each holiday season and the days of starting Christmas music after Halloween had to stop!
