KQCR-98.9 Parkersburg IA has flipped from their long-time Adult Contemporary format to Yacht Rock. REO Speedway, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Paul Simon, Michael McDonald, and others are now in rotation at 99 The Wave. In addition, Hampton's KLMJ-104.9 has flipped to a classic rock-type format.

I listened to it a little bit over the weekend. It's not a bad soft AC/soft rock station, but I wouldn't call it Yacht Rock. "Straight Up" by Paula Abdul is definitely Nyacht Rock!
