For the SNR fans out there (Laurojrm etc.): Yahoo Sports Radio is the new name of Sporting News
Radio effective immediately. I think there are some affiliates in New England incl. maybe down in
New Bedford area, Brattleboro VT, and other places; not sure if the occasional show pops up on
WWZN 1510 weekends (it was pretty much dropped by Sports Hub mere months after Sports Hub debuted; when WEEI took ESPN it dropped FSR, and 98.5 picked it up)
(List of affiliates; WWZN is still listed)

From Radio-Info.com:
>>Sporting News Radio re-brands as Yahoo Sports Radio
The name change is immediate. David Gow tells Radio-Info that he began talking with Yahoo about six months ago, exploring a relationship "with three or four dimensions." Yahoo sports experts will contribute to the radio shows, and the radio-generated content will be used on Yahoo. Gow says "The initial reaction from radio has been very positive", given the strength of the Yahoo sports brand. No changes in the lineup at the former Sporting News Radio, which completely drops that identity. Expect one or two new radio shows to come from the partnership
