There is also speculation that WFAN may also move to FM (via 92.3 WRKS Radio Now.) This does change the landscape in SW CT. That opens up a hole for a local FM sports talk station to fill that gap between New Haven (where 97.9 dies out) and Greenwich (where the NYC FM's boom in.) Would one of the Stamford/Norwalk FM stations flip to sports and take the Yankees along with a couple of other sports affiliations?
