"Yay!" and "You are an idiot!" soundbites (Q-102)

Anyone remember these? Did these originate at Q-102? I remember Q-102 airing these in the '80s, but they still turn up in YouTube videos.

The first sounds like a group of kids yelling, "Yaaaaayyy!" The second is people chanting, "You are an idiot! Ha ha ha ha ha!"

I’ve heard the second one occasionally on Tom Martino’s Troubleshooter radio show/podcast, but it’s sung, not chanted
