The Yes.com playlists show that the continuing cat-and-mouse game between WLYT-102.9 and WKQC-104.7 concerning Christmas music continues today (November 18th).
It appears that sometime between 2:30 and 3 P.M. EST, WLYT took the plunge (I can't tell you when; I'm not in the area and there were no songs listed for that half-hour). But they've been all-Christmas since 3 (with the odd exception of Louis Armstrong's "What A Wonderful World", re-mixed with Kenny G's music bed!)
At 3:35 P.M. EST, WKQC played Burl Ives' "Holly Jolly Christmas", but other than that, they're still playing their regular format....so far.
Although this day (the Friday before Thanksgiving) has proven to be popular for all-Christmas flips, I really thought a lot of stations this year would have done so as early as November 1st.
The latest (at this writing) 100000 Watts.com listing has 59 all-Christmas stations, I would not be surprised if that number triples by the end of the day, considering numerous other flips have occured today and several are scheduled to occur or are speculated as occuring later today.
