yes.com

Looks like another site redesign. :(

Frankly every time they redesign the site, it gets harder and harder for us visually impaired folks to read it. That lite text color on a white background is horrible.

Not good when you invest all of that time and cash, and already got people asking "Um, how in the hell do you this?" and of course, "WTF?"

If local radio was so interesting (musically), then I would not even want to visit the site. I go there to see just how awful the song selection is..... I'm rarely surprised by the Classic Rock Playlists......

Classic Rock Rock Radio ---- The Most Unimaginative Playlists in Radio ! ! ! :(

Here's what the Yes.com website is saying:

Welcome to the new YES!

We have changed the design and added a lot of features and hope you like it. Here's how to get started.

Artist Searches will be back next week. We had to disable them so we can bring them into the new site.

If someone switches to a different channel you can follow by clicking on the alert. At the bottom of the screen you can post your own messages, vote or even add images by adding their URL.

We hope you like the new version and would love to hear from you!

yes.com has lost touch with what their original purpose was. It was intended to be a site for listeners to vote specifically on the songs. Now it's becoming more of a trashy chat board. I guess this is their idea of coping with the PPM technology. If that's the case, yes.com would be better off tossing in the towel.
