Yes, It's Raining Where We Are.

Channels 3, 5, and 10 (simulcast on 45) are preempting regular programming to air monsoon coverage after 7 PM. 12 and 15 are not, although 15 does have a news crawl at the top of the screen.

Channel 3 has already said that regular programming will be postponed, and they have news between 8 and 11 PM anyway. No idea if 5 and 10 will follow suit after 7:30.

At least here in NE Mesa, the rain has moved out for now, although Ahwatukee is still being hit bad. I'm not near a radio, so I have no idea what, if anything, is being covered there.

KASW ATSC 3 NextGen TV Station South Mountain Transmitter appears to be off the air from the Storm and the North Mountain Transmitter only give me a 34% signal down here by the airport not enough to receive.

Downtown and the west side seem to be getting hit tonight (we're not, in Mesa, at least not yet). I wonder if South Mountain got hit.

Guess this Storm is not an important as last night. Channel 3 was talking about it for 30 minutes, but everyone ended their newscasts right at 10:30 PM and Channel 10 with the only 10:30 PM Newscast has decided not to talk about weather until right now.

EDIT: And after talking about the Storm for 3 minutes Channel 10 said they are done with the weather tune in in the morning for an update, which is pretty the same thing Channel 3 said at the end of their Newscast.

KTVK 3TV, KPNX 12, and KNXV ABC15 have preempted their regular 2 PM programming for Breaking Weather coverage of today's big rain storm. Also, Channel 3.5 Arizona's Family Weather is actually simulcasting the Breaking Weather coverage from the main Channel 3 this time.

Also, just did a check through all the Channels to see if any were knocked off by the storm. Looks like KPHE-LD 44 is off the air right now, luckily for Sports fans there is still Channel 44.2 coming from KPHO.
