Yet another management change with Entercom in Greenville

How many have there been and why is it happening? Cost cutting or market manager?

Hmmmm... how many have there been... good question.. not really sure but in the last six months, the WFBC PD quit for lack of support, the WSPA PD was just demoted, now WORD's PD is being sent packing... I've lost track of the sales managers that have come and gone since the GM started in 2002. I don't see how it can be cost cutting since they've all been replaced. It's really surprising that Entercom doesn't question the GM on all the turnover. Maybe they do question it but they appear to be tolerating it.

If one were to have already shown interest in said opening
with WORD as the PD, would one be making a terrible mistake?
Especially if one is me?
Just curious since turnover usually spells major internal
malfunctioning.
