CP issues to EMF for 99.3 on the Channel 10 tower. 99W @ ~1000' ND. City of license is Collierville.

Signal should be pretty good-- better than 105.5, 96.7 or 97.7. But not quite as good as the now-unbuilt 103.1.

This one snuck up on me.
