Yet another reason radio is struggling

Of course they should consider it, but let's play manager for a moment.

Would YOU trust your next ratings book to these guys?

There was a time that raw talent would be given the opportunity to develop. It won't happen in a market of this size in my lifetime, I'm afraid. :'(

I listened to some of those RadioExiles Podcast, wasn't bad. I like how they broke out of the mold and did whatever they felt like. A Good talk show just has to be listenable, that's why I don't understand how shows like Lewis and Justice just think they will keep our interest by hammering the same politispeak into our heads. I would rather listen to reruns of Parisi if that was the case. Hopefully they can keep it going but there are a lot of shows that are missing from the Exiles podcasters, Where are you Chita? Charlie Morris? Barry and Andy, Mike Rapp!

If they focused on more local events AND knowing the two other local options in town for sports... yeah, I would trust them for my next book.

Fair enough - what station do they go on and why?

How about on 1490 in the afternoon? Nice change after all ESPN programming in the AM and could create a solid local block of programming. But as we have noted, I don't think that will happen anytime soon. ;)
