If you use this website in any fashion...read or post, registered or not...you are subject to the TOS...Terms of Service. For those of you who think you are Legal Eagles, let me explain...If you go beyond the home page, it is an affirmation, an agreement that you AGREE to Radio-Info.com's Terms of Service.

If you have a problem with ANY part of the Terms of Service, you SHOULDN'T be using the site, at all, not a single page. Because, you ARE AGREEING to the Terms of Serice simply by clicking on another page within the site. Again, If you don't agree with the Terms of Service, you shouldn't be using the site. You do NOT have to be a Registered user to be bound by the Terms of Service. EVERYONE reading this has AGREED to the Terms of Service.

For those of you who think you are Legal Eagle's, but were too LAZY to read these Terms of Service, here are a couple you SHOULD be familiar with.

7. CONTENT SUBMITTED TO RADIO-INFO
.........{snip}
You acknowledge that Radio-Info does not pre-screen Content, but that Radio-Info and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, Radio-Info and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.

8. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Radio-Info, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co- branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

For those of you (especially those "non-registered users" that we get "Report This Post" emails from, you can STOP harassing the moderators that you will hold US responsible for something you read here. You can't. You already agreed NOT to. You can go after whoever it is that posts something slanderous, if you choose.

We do make every effort possible to keep the slander and slander-like material off. We don't want innocent people's reputations harmed. And obviously it's just a good business practice to keep it off. I don't want anyone spreading lies about me, any more than the next guy.

But keep in mind the actual definition of slander (and libel, as they are often intertwined) and realize that some people construe their OPINION as FACT. Here's an example: "Jimmy stinks". (my apologies for using Jimmy as an example. This is in no way intended to be representative of what Jimmy really smalls like) Well, is that factually true? Either he literally "stinks", or is it someone's opinion about his personality? Odds are, it's the latter (the opinion part)...is it slanderous? Hardly. Slander-Like, yes; in poor taste, yes. And even if he did literally "stink", some people may not be so offended. So that becomes a "subjective" view as opposed to an "objective" view. So, when reporting a post, keep that in mind: objective vs. subjective.

Power Trip, huh? Go to ANY reputable website with a TOS and email this same comment to their webmaster and/or owner. Try your ISP first. They should hear it first hand from you: [INSERT SARCASM]someone who is obviously not so high on their own horse.[END SARCASM]

Not only that but maybe you should just stop using the web all together because there are many power tripping webmasters and business owners out there. It could get quite offensive for someone so thin-skinned.
Besides that, you're late to the party, the post was for a specific users benefit. I'm leaving it up because where there is one, there are many more hiding.
