Blood In the Water

I think that the lawsuit by Entercom trying to quash the AG's investigation into payola is going to cost them dearly.I also think that the FCC will see how much Spitzer is getting out of the culprits "voluntarily", and like good politicians, will think "payday". Imagine the howls from Congress if the FCC doesn't get at least as much from broadcasters on a national basis as Spitzer is getting in a single state.
