Young and the Restless at 11:30 AM

In any case, it has no chance against GH. CBS/Paramount may as well just make it a Paramount+ exclusive NOW while they've still got the chance
It only airs directly against GH in some markets. In Philly (an ABC O&O) GH airs at 3 pm

Additionally, how many people watch tv these days (especially soaps) live vs on demand, via DVR or streaming?

Most recently WTSP Tampa/St. Petersburg expanded its noon news to an hour, followed by Y&R at 1 (WTVT did this when it was a CBS affiliate), and B&B at 3 after Beyond the Gates (WTVT didn't air B&B).

It's interesting to me that three CBS o&os outside the Eastern time zone (KCBS, WBBM, and KTVT) do their midday news at 11, followed by Y&R at 11:30. The others (KCNC, WCCO, KOVR, and KPIX) carry Y&R at 11 and news at noon. Contrast that to the ABC o&os carrying GH at 3 Eastern/2 Central and Pacific.

No one mentioned that the show airs at 12:30 in the Eastern Time Zone.

WBTV had an hour-long news show in the early 80s and didn't show it. I don't know what was on at 1 because Betty Feezor had died. She was the legendary host doing a show for housewives.

WBTV had Search for Tomorrow at 1 until Y&R went to an hour in 1980. Y&R moved from noon to 1 on CBS, so WBTV moved SFT to 10 AM. (I'm thinking that Y&R began airing at 1 in Charlotte before the show expanded to an hour and that SFT moved to 10 AM sooner than I remember.)
WBTV moved its Top O' The Day to 11:30 when Y&R moved to 12:30, pushing The Price Is Right to 10:30 AM and a day-behind delay. All of the CBS soaps then aired in pattern:
Y&R at 12:30, ATWT at 1:30, SFT (then Capitol) at 2:30, GL at 3. Sometime in the late '80s or early '90s Channel 3 went to a standard 30-minute newscast at noon, put Price back in pattern at 11, and began clearing the entire CBS daytime schedule. So presently that schedule consists of:

10 AM Let's Make A Deal
11 AM The Price Is Right
12 N Local News
12:30 Y&R
1:30 B&B
2 PM Beyond The Gates
