At bigoldies.net they already eliminated Lance from the DJ page. Too bad they aren't on the ball enough to remove all of the pictures of Lance from their photo galleries.
How lame is it to leave up pages of photos titled "Lance Nichols makes his big stage debut in Grease!" and "Lance Nichols Clowns Around!" and "Lance Nichols Celebrates a Grand Opening!" and "Nice hat Lance!"?
When KOB and Larry parted ways they did a clean sweep of their website, you never would have known that Ahrens ever even worked there.
Big Oldies' ratings are three times that of the pathetic Talk-FM, yet when it comes time to pinch a few pennies there they fire the guy at the ratings winner and let the no-numbers lip flappers stay? Where is the logic in that?

Don't feel bad; KAGM has associated with The Weather Channel, the #1 radio weather service of the 1990's is great for stations like TalkFM that are too cheap to hire a talent and too lazy to hook up with a TV station.

On the KAGM web site they say "YOU can catch all the weather for the day and future forecasts every weekday with Larry Ahrens on your way to work at 6:47, 7:47 and 8:47"
So weather a mere once an hour AND at the exact same time that 770 does their weather as well? Why even bother.
When they started up at least they kind of tried to have features run at different times than 770. They had the 20/20 news with newscasts at the top of the hour, 20 past and 20 til. Then they went and changed that to just the top and bottom of the hour, just like 770. Now they are doing weather on the sevens too?
What is their next move, to get Dianne to change her name to Rush?

20/20 news always seemed kind of silly when I would listen, but since KKOB is all network after 10am, KAGM could keep talking until about :33, float BOH news so it intersects with KKOB returning to a show, and then run spots until :40 or so to keep people listening to the "stimulating" talk when KKOB/KKNS/KTBL are running spots.
