I'd pretend i won the lottery, bought this radio station, and am playing whatever I like, without any concern whether anyone listens or not. I'd call it: "Jack FM". oh, wait..

I'd do a contest and TV campaign declaring us the "worst station in Boston", giving away prizes to people for NOT listening.

many of today's most endearing and successful "brands" emerged from clever people just doing something on a whim, for the fun of it. (example: youtube)
