YSP has a new morning show!

That's funny! But seriously I don't think WYSP EVER had a woman on the morning show, beside Robin Quiver.
 
YSP: if you guys do a dumb thing like putting another morning show on, i hope you go off the f****** air next time. LEAVE IT ALONE IT SOUNDS GREAT THE WAY IT IS!!!

i dont care if your gonna put FBHW on F*** IT!!! NO MORNING SHOW!!! PERIOD.
 
I think Booker's voice and attitude fit better on a rock station than on a CHR. He struck me as slightly too smarmy for CHR.

But I bet he'll go back to New York, perhaps on K-Rock or WRXP.
 
I like Booker and I wish him the best of luck. I would imagine he'll go back to NY if he has a non compete clause preventing him from working in Philly.

I think Booker would be good on WYSP. Certainly better than rolling out Barsky again..God I hope that doesn't happen.

Disagree. Philly is a Philly town (other than Stern). O&A come with a huge price tag and marginal ratings. besides, the "knuckle headed portion" of town will listen to anything, so why cater to them? there's a huge silent majority out there who have at least half a brain.

Mornings finally sound normal with a straight DJ like Lario. add a little news, sports, work on the music and i'll bet YSP sets the new trend. with any luck, P&S and the stupid gadzooks/bizarro files crew will be next ... ;)

A: Because if you hit the right nail, you coast by with 10+ years of top ratings in the morning. Little example maybe you've heard of him- some guy going by "Stern".

Can you name a rock station (other than a classic rock station) in any market that has had good ratings playing more than 5 records an hour in the morning?
