Z100 livestream in 52 kbps and the quality

I notice that only the Z100 livestream is in 52 kbps quality at the moment and the other CC stations in NYC not yet. But the sound quality is already very 'flat' and less compression/limiting on it. I hope the fix this problem and I hope that the stream quality of the other station also going higher.
