Re: Z, Edge and Pride

I've noticed that Edge 102 is regularily mentioning it's Pride Week. Admittedly, I found it kinda wierd to hear Barry Taylor talk about the Dyke March (figuring Edge is such a male-hetero style of station).

You'd think it would be in some stations best interest to have a presence. I can see the Gay culture embracing Z103.5, and I'm sure last years "Best of.." in Xtra had Z103.5 as the best radio station.

Begs the question....is their a large presence of gay folks in radio ?

Same as anywhere else.

Re: Z, Edge and Pride

CHUM FM and EZ Rock seem to be good at mentioned events like fashion cares and pride too....
