I swear Otis was at U93 in South Bend once before, working evenings. I checked U93's website and the face looks familiar. I wonder if he left to work at Z104, then AMP gave him an offer to return that was too good to pass up. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe he worked at U93 once before.
