This station just started streaming, it has an interesting Southern Soul zydeco format when it isn't running Tom Joyner in the morning and Keith Sweat at night.

Gospel KSYB-AM shreveport is also now streaming, I think that makes 6 urban formatted stations from Shreveport streaming.
