Z90 Bringing Back the Jammin?

Z90.3 has been playing more Rythmic tracks lately and have been calling themselves Jammin Z90 again after dropping that name for many years going with simply Z90.3. Is this a nervous attempt to compete with Energy 103.7 and protect their loyal audience or revert back to a popular branding to sound fresh? Or both?
