Z95.7 KZQZ 1997-2000

I am trying to figure out what the on-air lineups for Z95.7 KZQZ used to be, between its launch in 1997 to 2000. I've looked online and cannot find much (maybe I'm not looking in the right places). Does anyone remeber what the original lineup used to be and the changes it went through till 2000. It might be a lot but I would love too know. Hopefully someone out there knows. ;D

I don't think anyone else out there cares. It's not a legendary station,, I remember a Heidi Mason, and a Woody show, and Gene & Julie, and a female jock who tried to be bilingual. And that's about it. I'm suprised I remember that much. If there all original...who knows.

Cant tell you any on air lineups but they were really ahead of their time, their street team didnt give out CD's or T-Shirts, they gave out ZD's and Z-Shirts!

I know their first morning show was Ferrrrrrrnando in the Morning. Then came Woody, then Gene and Julie. Middays were Katie Mason, I think the entire time they were on the air. Afternoons were Marcus D, then Matthew Reid. Nights were Lara Scott, then Stick on the Radio, then I believe Michael Mann. They also had an unhosted night show for awhile -- "all listener requests."

I know there were others, but those are the ones that come to mind.

The unhosted night show you're talking about was called The Total Request Zone, which was a spinoff of MTV's Total Request Live. I think "Stick on the Radio" took over the show from late 2000-late 2001, which was then cancelled and replaced by a syndicated show called "Carson Daly's Most Requested" during the 9pm hour.

The original Z on-air line-up was as follows:

AMD Human Numan (who was only around for a few months)
MID Katie Mason
PMD Marcus D
EVE Fernando Ventura
LATE NIGHT Kevin Scott

Fernando eventually moved up to mornings. BTW, Lara Scott went by just "Lara" because Kevin Scott was already there. And I know the original request for names stopped at 2000, but Diana Steele was the Z's last afternoon jock.

Awsome, thanks. And if you do know the lineups past 2000, I'd love to know that as well.

No kidding... Is this the same Fernando Ventura who's on Energy now (for another month or so)?
God, he's working out of the same studio...
