Zanesville is getting a replacement For 102.5

Southeastern Ohio Broadcasting has been issued a Construction Permit for a class A Station with 2.4kw directional @160 meters on 103.7 licenced to Philo Ohio, They will be using the WHIZ TV tower in Zanesville, the same tower that 102.5 was on until its move to Baltimore last year. So far it doesn't look as if they have requested Call letters, but they really don't have to untill they are ready to test.
 
Seems to me they'd have to be quite directional to protect 103.5. Don't see too many of those on the FM side.
