Okay, so I've been on sabbatical for a few months, but now I'm back. Can someone catch me up on all the changes?

I tuned in to Jack FM, and I was sadly disappointed. Admittedly I didn't listen long. I was soooo excited when they came to Houston. Did I catch a bad spot, or is it bad?

How are John and Lance. I just went to the game website and saw that they are FINALLY reunited. Is it as good as it always was? I LOVE those guys. The signal sounds better than when I left.

I see that 790 is bragging they have my favorite national sports guy Dan Patrick on the air, but they don't tell what time? Anybody know?

What else did I miss (btw, I only listen to sports and rock, so don't care about some of the changes if not part of these formats).
 
I've only been able to catch bits and pieces of the reunited John & Lance shows since Thursday (The Morons in the Morning), but have loved every bit of what I've heard. Puts the other sports talk morning shows to shame. Great detailed sports knowledge + silliness = win!

I pretty much hate Jack. For every song they play that I like they seem to play 2-3 other songs that shouldn't be on any play list at any radio station. It's like they're trying to cover every single possible radio format at the same time to appeal to everyone, but probably annoying more listeners than they are attracting. It's on my presets in the car and I'll occasionally check to see what they're playing, but rarely stay.

I never got much into Dan Patrick (either the national one or our local one).
 
Dan's on M-F 7-10, but often gets preempted by PBP and other shows, but the entire show is podcasted everyday of the web...
