I predict a format change for KYNW or KBKS.
Nope. Movin' here is completely straight CHR with what seems like more rap stuff than KBKS...

I actually had a dream the other night that I bought KMCQ and KKMO. I changed 104.5 to KKMO-FM. And to appease our "Kokomo" loving radio heads of Puget Sound, I flipped 104.5 to "104.5 Kokomo FM, All 'Kokomo' All The Time". I subscribed to PPM. made my 6+ data publicly available, ran this for 2 months and to my utter shock, the Radio Online page read:
KKMO-FM N/A N/A 0.1 16.1 Oldies THC Inc.
(KKMO-AM was still "El Rey" but I was pondering at stamping this out for a 24/7 simulcast....)
I think it was AQH, years ago. Maybe the old tvradioguru....who I do not miss...

One of my only pet peeves about KIRO-FM - why is the Seahawks coverage 10 seconds behind KIRO-AM? If I want "real-time" of Steve Raible's play by play I tune to 710.

KUBE can't go. Doesn't it still bill well for CC? Same with Kiss? I doubt it would relaunch as "Radio Now" because of 102.9, which will be a disaster. Wait 2 years like the KJR simulcast, then we'll see what happens.
I was thinking either along the lines of Wild 93.3 or even doing a relaunch like they did with KKRZ about 10 years ago, keeping everything but just tweaking the playlist slightly.
My God, some good analysis and reasoning.
KUBE has been tweaking their playlist for the past few years, but nobody here noticed.
Thanks, AQH!
And I've noticed KUBE over the years adding more Maroon 5-type stuff. I blame VTing from Nessa (who took over Shellie Hart's old spot; remember her last show like it was yesterday; I actually called that day!), which comes from KYLD, who's playlist is very similar and probably just copy and pastes it onto KUBE's. The only really unique thing I find on that station anymore is Sunday Night Sound Session. They have completely sucked the soul of that station for the last 5 years, and its not looking good.
