According to the trades, the deal involving the sale of WDBY and the other Cumulus Danbury area stations to Townsquare has closed. As numerous other stations in various parts of the country are also involved, I would think it would take a while for them to make any significant changes.
The WDBY and WRKI websites still look the same as usual. On air, the Cumulus "Powered by Nash" TOH ID has been changed to, "A Taste of Country station."
With regard to my original question, it does appear that the evening show CMT Live with Cody Alan, which is syndicated from Cumulus, will be replaced. According to the website of sister Townsquare country station WYRK, "Taste of Country Nights... (is) heard Monday through Friday on Townsquare Media stations nationwide from 7 p.m. to midnight." The host is Jeremy Robinson.
