That said, WDWD has one of the best AM signals in the metro area. It's not WSB, but it's probably better than the rest.

Who might be interested in this station? My first thought would be Cumulus (they have room for one more station, and they already host WDWD's micro-studio for the Mouse). Move NewsRadio 106.7 to 590, and put a music format on 106.7. CBS could also buy this station and put all-news on it. Lastly, would CC be interested in it as a replacement or supplement for 640? Day signal of 590 isn't as good as 640's, but the night signal is much better.
