Word is that Nancy Shack aka Sandy the longtime producer for Howie Carr will take over the 12p-3p slot on AM 1510 WMEX. I have no idea if she will continue to work with Howie I have noticed that the new guy from Maine seems to have eclipsed her.

She seems to have been absent from Howie's show...and I hear some "board op"(?) chiming in from time to time.
Will Nancy do the show from the MoneyMatters studio? Is the plan to offer it as a pair to Howie's stations?
I believe that she will be doing the show from 1510's Quincy studios and will be employed by the staion and she has parted ways with Carr who she has worked with for more than 20 years. I also believe that Carr is focused on selling his show to both stations and advertisers and is not interested in marketing a second show.
Listened a bit today... her style is very mellow. Almost like NPR. Not exactly what you expect when you tune into a political talk show. LOL Haven't heard a sidekick yet; she'd benefit from an upbeat one. Content was very good, tho. I wish her all the best.
how nice it was to hear her hosting the show (I've always loved her soft voice),
I always thought she should have her own show; .
I should go back and count the posts where you told us all how much you like (love?) her... ;-)
Cheers
You could, and you most likely won't find anyone who doesn't like Sandy.
