First let me say that there's not much other than infomercials on the air on Sunday mornings, so kudos to KFI for the Sunday Morning program originally hosted by Shannon Ferron.
But I have to ask, is it just me or does anyone else find Elizabeth Espinosa really difficult to listen to? She has a very pleasant voice but what a motormouth! Her speech pattern is like bursts of rapid fire. I never heard the weekday show Espinosa co-hosted so I don't know if she was slowed down a bit by Mark Thompson, but on her own she sounds so wound up I've given up trying to listen.
There are many aspects of content and style that contribute to the appeal of a talk show and certainly pace is an important one of them. Does KFI have an active Program Director? If so, perhaps that person could offer some friendly advice such as, "Slow down ..... Relax! You have two hours to make your points, no need to rush through it."
Just one man's opinion.
